What’s covered
A functional fault in a console or handheld supplied by RetroReplay UK that develops under normal use within six months of delivery. The product listing confirms the hardware covered and any additional coverage on included accessories.
This promise applies throughout the UK. The guarantor is Leighton Hepworth trading as RetroReplay UK, at the address below. Keep your order reference or other proof of purchase.
How we help
Email info@retroreplay.uk with your order reference, the symptoms and when they started. We will discuss a practical remedy and arrange reasonable return costs for a covered fault. Don’t keep using a product if you suspect an electrical or battery safety issue.
We will provide an appropriate repair or replacement without charge under this warranty; if neither is available within a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate refund. Where your statutory rights entitle you to a different remedy, those rights take priority.
What this extra cover doesn’t include
Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, damage caused by an unsuitable power supply, and normal cosmetic wear are excluded from this additional warranty. A clearly disclosed limitation is not covered as a new fault. Damage directly caused by an attempted repair may be excluded; simply opening an item does not automatically cancel unrelated legal rights.
Consumable battery wear is not itself a covered fault, but an undisclosed defect or a failure to meet statutory quality requirements is treated separately. We will explain any refused claim and the evidence for our decision.
Your legal rights continue
Physical games and accessories still carry their normal statutory rights, even where this additional hardware warranty does not apply. Six months is not an expiry date for those rights.
