THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU BUY

Straightforward terms of sale.

These terms apply to physical goods ordered directly from the RetroReplay UK website by UK consumers.

Who you’re buying from

Leighton Hepworth trading as RetroReplay UK. 65 Coronation Road, Stainforth, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 5EU, United Kingdom. Email: info@retroreplay.uk.

We are an independent sole trader. This is a correspondence and returns address, rather than a walk-in retail shop. We aim to answer email within two working days.

Products & descriptions

The item listing forms part of your order: read its condition notes, included items, compatibility, price, delivery cost and estimate. Category artwork does not represent a particular sale item. We sell genuine physical goods and clearly identify third-party parts or replacement cases.

An active sourced-to-order offer can be purchased at its displayed price. We obtain the described item after the order rather than promising held inventory. Generated illustrations are representative; only the written included-items list defines the contents. Where pack size, game selection or model details still need confirmation, the entry takes a free details request and rejects paid checkout. We do not sell ROM libraries, subscriptions or digital downloads.

Ordering & payment

You can review your basket and correct quantities before continuing to Stripe’s secure hosted Checkout. Payment is in GBP. The final payment button creates an obligation to pay. We do not receive your full card details.

A contract is formed when your payment is successfully confirmed and the order is accepted in our system. A pending or failed payment is not a paid order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you promptly and return any payment rather than substituting an item without agreement.

We retain a dated copy of the item details, prices and sale policies with your order. You can download your order copy after payment confirmation. We also include a durable copy with the parcel. Please save your order reference and contact us if you need another copy.

Prices, stock & mistakes

Orderable catalogue prices are fixed offers based on the supplied eBay range and may be updated before a new order. The checkout uses the server price and saves your item details and total. Active sourced offers have no published stock count; we source after an order. Finite one-off stock is reserved at Checkout. Details-request entries show Price on request and take no payment. If we cannot source the ordered goods as described, we contact you promptly and refund unless you agree another offer; we do not silently substitute or increase your price.

If a genuine pricing or description error affects your order, we explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis. We never charge a higher price without your agreement; you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery, cancellation & faults

The delivery, returns and warranty pages are part of these terms. They explain the complete sourced-to-order delivery period, the 1–3 working day dispatch aim for one-off stock, online cancellation, return costs, refund timing and the six-month console/handheld warranty. Sourcing an ordinary item after an order does not by itself make it a personalised product or remove cancellation rights.

Your statutory rights—including goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for an agreed purpose—are unaffected by these terms, the age of an item or a commercial warranty.

If something goes wrong

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Tell us about a problem so we can investigate and put it right. Complaints go to our normal support email and correspondence address. We provide a reasoned final response if we cannot agree a resolution, including information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body and whether we will use it. We are not claiming membership of an ADR scheme.

Law & updates

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections of the law where you live in the UK. You may bring consumer proceedings in the appropriate courts where you live.

The version saved with your order applies to that order. Later website updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
