Where we deliver

We accept orders to United Kingdom addresses, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery or public collection. If an item has a genuine delivery restriction, it will be explained before ordering; contact us if your address cannot be accepted.

The delivery cost

Sourced-to-order catalogue prices include tracked UK delivery unless an item page states another charge. Individual stock listings show their delivery charge. A mixed basket uses one delivery charge: the highest individual item charge in that order. The complete total is shown before payment. A details request takes no payment; its eventual offer must state delivery costs before purchase.

Prices are in GBP. Displayed totals include any applicable taxes. We do not add a payment processing fee.

Dispatch & arrival

Sourced-to-order goods are obtained and checked after the order. Their product page shows the complete delivery period, including sourcing; the catalogue default is delivery within 30 calendar days of the order, unless another period is agreed before ordering. An Active label does not mean immediate dispatch or stock held on site. One-off in-stock items normally dispatch within 1–3 working days after confirmed payment, with transit time in addition.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If there is a delay, we will explain the situation and your options. Unless we agree another time with you, delivery will be within 30 days of the contract. Your legal cancellation and late-delivery rights apply.

Tracking, missing parcels & damage

We record tracking when your order is dispatched. You can request it from info@retroreplay.uk, quoting your order reference. Please check your shipping address before paying; contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Tell us if a parcel is missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Photos can help us resolve it, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We remain responsible for goods in our delivery network until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession.
