What does Active mean?
It means we offer to accept an order to source that item. It is not a claim that a particular number is held on a shelf. Availability and prices are checked again by the server before checkout.
What do the images show?
Source listings use clearly labelled generated RRUK illustrations. They do not show a particular unit or promise every pictured extra. The written contents define your purchase.
How long does it take?
Read the item’s complete delivery period before payment. The current default for sourced orders is delivery within 30 calendar days, unless another period is agreed before ordering. This includes sourcing and transit. Charges are shown on the item and in your basket.
Why do some items need a request?
Six packs or game bundles need exact contents confirmed first. Their request form takes no payment. If we offer an item afterwards, the contents, total and delivery plan are agreed before you choose to buy.
