A grade is only the starting point.
Excellent: light signs of careful use. Good: noticeable cosmetic wear from normal use. Fair: heavier visible wear, described and photographed. New: unused, with packaging and any opening described.
These labels describe appearance. They don’t replace the listing’s condition notes or reduce your consumer rights. Original packaging is included only when the listing says so.
Consoles & handhelds
Each listing explains the checks carried out, cosmetic condition and any relevant limitations. Read the included-items list for the power supply, leads, controllers, storage and packaging. Batteries, screens, ports and accessories can vary with age; any known issues must be disclosed.
Do not assume a console includes games, an account, a subscription, online access or downloadable software. We do not offer preloaded ROM libraries or promise access to discontinued online services.
Physical games
We sell genuine physical copies. Listings identify the platform, region, language where relevant, and whether the disc or cartridge, case, manual and inserts are included. Disc-only, empty replacement cases and third-party accessories will be clearly named.
Used activation codes and downloadable extras are not guaranteed unless the listing expressly confirms a valid unused entitlement. Please check age ratings and compatibility before ordering.
Photos, compatibility & questions
Sourced-to-order listings use clearly labelled generated brand illustrations, not photographs of a particular unit. Pictured extras are not included unless named in the written contents. Pre-owned appearance may vary; the ordered model, colour, working condition and listed contents still form part of the contract. One-off stock listings use their own item photos. Screens can make colours look slightly different.
