Website conversation assistant

The customer assistant uses published business information and, for RRUK shopping, the current public catalogue. When you interact, your choices and recent conversation are kept in session storage on this website in this tab for up to six hours. Close the tab or choose Forget this chat to clear it. The conversation is not sent to an external AI provider or stored as a business enquiry by chatting alone. Copying a brief and submitting an enquiry are separate actions.

The owner assistant is restricted to the verified owner account and uses this business’s records. It prepares private drafts and changes for review; saved actions are recorded under the business agent’s audit identity. It cannot access another business or issue payments, refunds, account sharing or external booking confirmations.

What is recorded

Requests, agreed appointment details, job and incident descriptions, messages, uploaded files and the record activity history are stored to handle the work you ask for. Shared messages/files can be seen by you and the business owner. Private owner notes remain hidden from customer accounts.

Do not upload passwords, secret keys, payment-card details or material you are not authorised to share. This area is not an emergency incident-response service.

Bookings and payments

Preferred times and cancellation requests are recorded separately from provider confirmations. Booking providers, payment providers and email services keep their own records. A portal status does not by itself confirm a payment, refund or external cancellation.

Contact and control

Use the business contact page for access corrections, privacy requests or questions about a record. You can download individual records from their detail view. Closing a job does not automatically erase business records. Records are reviewed for retention according to the work and applicable responsibilities.
