Individually Inspected
Every console and handheld is individually inspected before it leaves us. We check disc drives, cartridge slots, controller ports, AV output, and power stability. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship.
Honestly Graded
We describe condition accurately. Cosmetic marks are shown in listing photos. You know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
Function-Tested
Every unit is confirmed working. We don’t just visually check — we test the hardware.
UK Delivery Only
We ship within the UK only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being received.
Six-Month Hardware Warranty
Consoles and handhelds include a six-month RetroReplay UK hardware warranty, in addition to your statutory rights. Faulty goods are also covered by your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Warranty and Returns pages for full details.
14-Day Cancellation Period
As an online consumer, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
