🗓️ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

📦 How to Return

  1. Email us at info@retroreplay.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return within 1–2 working days and provide the return address
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to: RetroReplay UK, Coronation Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 5EU
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

⚠️ Faulty or Not as Described?

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return postage and resolve the issue promptly — replacement, repair, or full refund.

🔧 Custom & Modded Builds

Custom and built-to-order items are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Every custom build is fully tested before dispatch.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

EU customers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving and approving the return
  • Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
