Processing Time
All orders are either ready to ship or built to order:

  • Ready to Ship: Dispatched within 1–3 working days

  • Built to Order / Custom Builds: Approx. 1–2 weeks before dispatch

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via trusted UK couriers (e.g. Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service). Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 24–48 hours after dispatch (UK)
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

Packaging
All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Consoles are protected with appropriate materials to prevent damage in transit.

Delays
RetroReplay UK is not responsible for courier delays once the item has been dispatched, but we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping
(If applicable) Delivery times and costs will vary depending on destination. Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
