Politique d’expédition

RetroReplay UK currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and dispatch

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, in-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after cleared payment. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.

Every product offered for sale should be physically available or clearly identified as unavailable. RetroReplay UK does not currently offer built-to-order or custom-build products.

If an unexpected problem prevents dispatch within the stated period, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimate and your available options. Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.

Delivery services

Orders are sent using an appropriate tracked UK postal or courier service. The service used may depend on the item’s size, value and destination. Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless an expressly guaranteed service has been purchased.

Responsibility for delivery

RetroReplay UK remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive it. If you independently instruct the courier to leave the parcel in a nominated safe place or redirect it, responsibility may pass when delivery is completed in accordance with those instructions.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, please email info@retroreplay.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law; customers are not expected to resolve a loss caused by our selected carrier themselves.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. This does not affect responsibility where an error was made by RetroReplay UK or its carrier.

Packaging

Pre-owned consoles, games and accessories are packaged to provide reasonable protection during transit. Where practical, we reuse suitable packaging to reduce waste without compromising protection.
