By purchasing from RetroReplay UK, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All consoles sold are refurbished, pre-owned, or built to order. Minor cosmetic wear may be present. We ensure all systems are tested and working before dispatch.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before processing. Built-to-order systems require a preparation time of approximately 1–2 weeks.

3. Custom Builds
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the item is faulty.

4. Dispatch & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services. RetroReplay UK is not responsible for delays once dispatched.

5. Returns & Faults
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded where appropriate.

6. Use of Products
Products are intended for personal use. RetroReplay UK is not responsible for misuse, modification, or damage caused after delivery.

7. Compatibility
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their setup (TV, cables, region, etc.). Assistance is available if needed before purchase.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
