Conditions d’utilisation
These terms apply to purchases made from RetroReplay UK through retroreplay.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Seller information
RetroReplay UK is a UK sole-trader retail business.
Email: info@retroreplay.uk
Address: 65 Coronation Road, Stainforth, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 5EU, United Kingdom
2. Products and condition
RetroReplay UK sells pre-owned retro consoles, genuine physical games and accessories. Product pages will state the item’s condition, included components and any material faults or cosmetic defects known after reasonable testing.
Pre-owned goods may show age-related cosmetic wear. Photographs may show the exact item or may be representative; each product page should state which applies. A representative photograph does not override the written condition description.
RetroReplay UK does not claim to be affiliated with or endorsed by Sony, Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft, Atari or other manufacturers unless expressly stated.
3. Compatibility
Compatibility information is provided with reasonable care. Customers should read the product description and contact us before ordering if unsure about console model, region, television connection or accessory compatibility. This does not remove our responsibility where goods are incorrectly described or unsuitable for a purpose made known to us and accepted by us.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Displaying a product is an invitation to place an order. After checkout, you will receive an acknowledgement. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the price contains an obvious error or we reasonably suspect fraud. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded promptly.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price, delivery charge and available payment methods are shown before the order is submitted. RetroReplay UK is not currently VAT registered; VAT is therefore not charged separately unless the website is updated to state otherwise.
6. Delivery
Dispatch and delivery are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk remains with RetroReplay UK until the goods are delivered as described in that policy.
7. Cancellation, returns and faults
Cancellation, return and refund arrangements are stated in the Refund and Returns Policy. Eligible hardware also includes the additional Six-Month Hardware Warranty. These policies do not limit statutory consumer rights.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information and use products in accordance with supplied instructions. Customers must not use products unlawfully. RetroReplay UK is not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorised alteration or incompatible equipment after delivery, but this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, RetroReplay UK is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Goods sold through the consumer store are intended for domestic use unless otherwise agreed.
10. Intellectual property
Website text, branding and original media belonging to RetroReplay UK may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Manufacturer names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible or genuine products.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an order are those made available when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
