RetroReplay UK is an independent UK retailer of pre-owned retro gaming hardware, genuine physical games, and original accessories. Our registered business address is 65 Coronation Road, Stainforth, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 5EU.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including condition, included accessories, and grading. All pre-owned items are individually inspected, function-tested, and honestly graded before sale. If you believe a product has been misrepresented, please contact us immediately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Dispatch is within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our full Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return, replacement, or refund. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

7. Warranty

All consoles and handhelds are sold with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults and functional failures under normal use. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty & Returns page.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of RetroReplay UK or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetroReplay UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
