🗓️ Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
📦 How to Return
- Email us at info@retroreplay.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return within 1–2 working days and provide the return address
- Pack the item securely and send it to: RetroReplay UK, Coronation Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN7 5EU
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
⚠️ Faulty or Not as Described?
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return postage and resolve the issue promptly — replacement, repair, or full refund.
🔧 Custom & Modded Builds
Custom and built-to-order items are non-refundable once work has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Every custom build is fully tested before dispatch.
🇪🇺 EU Customers
EU customers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving and approving the return
- Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
