Common Repairs

Disc Read Errors

The most common fault on PS1, PS2, and original Xbox. We clean, adjust, and replace optical drives and lasers to restore full disc compatibility.

No Power / Won't Turn On

Power supply faults, blown fuses, and failed capacitors are all repairable. We test and replace power supply components to get your console running again.

No Video Output

AV port damage, failed encoder chips, and cable faults. We diagnose and repair video output issues across all supported platforms.

Controller Port Repair

Broken or unresponsive controller ports are cleaned, repaired, or replaced. All ports are tested with multiple controllers after repair.

Capacitor Replacement (Recap)

Ageing capacitors are a common cause of failure in older hardware. We replace failed or at-risk capacitors to extend the life of your console significantly.

Laser Replacement

We stock replacement lasers for PS1, PS2, and original Xbox. Laser replacements restore disc reading to factory standard.

Shell Cleaning & Retrobright

Yellowed or dirty shells cleaned and retrobrighted to restore their original appearance.
