What does “pre-owned” mean?
Pre-owned means the console has had a previous owner. Every item we sell is cleaned, function-tested, and graded honestly — we describe cosmetic condition accurately and show real photos of the actual unit. We don’t use stock images.
How are your consoles graded?
We grade every console on cosmetic condition before listing. Grades reflect visible wear — from near-mint to well-loved. Full condition details and photos are shown on each product listing. If you have questions about a specific item, get in touch.
Do you have a Collector's Vault?
Yes — our Collector's Vault features rarer and more sought-after pieces for serious collectors, including limited editions and boxed sets.
Orders & Dispatch
Are your consoles tested before shipping?
Yes — every console is fully function-tested before it leaves us. We check disc reading, controller ports, AV output, and power stability as standard.
How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full delivery timeframes and costs.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in an item, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Warranty & Returns
Do your consoles come with a warranty?
Yes. All consoles and handhelds come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults and functional failures under normal use. See full warranty details →
