RetroReplay UK is a small independent retailer specialising in refurbished and modded retro gaming systems, including PS2 HDD builds, GameCube setups, and classic console restoration. We are a one-person operation with a growing customer base and a reputation for quality, tested hardware and honest service.

The Opportunity

As the business grows, we are looking for someone to help manage customer messages and enquiries. This is a flexible, remote opportunity suited to someone who is reliable, a clear communicator, and ideally has an interest in retro gaming or tech.

This is not a traditional employment role. We are open to discussing a freelance, part-time, or commission-based arrangement depending on the right person.

What You Would Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via email and messaging platforms
Providing order updates and tracking information
Handling basic pre-sale questions about products and compatibility
Escalating technical or complex queries appropriately
Keeping response times prompt and maintaining a professional, friendly tone

What We Are Looking For

Clear, confident written communication in English
Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently
Comfortable using email and basic online tools
An interest in retro gaming or consumer electronics is a bonus but not essential
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
