Our 7-Step Professional Refurbishment

• 1. Full Disassembly — Every console is completely dismantled, cleaned and documented. This prevents unnoticed faults and ensures safe reassembly.
• 2. Ultrasonic Component Cleaning — Ports, plastics and internal parts are ultrasonically cleaned to remove dust, oils and corrosion.
• 3. Optical/Laser Calibration — Disc-based systems receive full laser tuning, lubrication and read-performance checks.
• 4. Thermal Refresh — Old thermal paste is removed and replaced. Cooling assemblies are cleaned and fans are stabilised or replaced if needed.
• 5. Power Delivery Inspection — PSU voltages, capacitors and connectors are tested to meet safe electrical output levels.
• 6. Multi-Stage Play Testing — Games, controller ports, memory card slots, video output and audio are all tested live.
• 7. Secure Final Assembly — The system is rebuilt, re-cleaned externally, and packaged using anti-static and impact-safe materials.
